The Ruby Blue Social Club

Springtime at The Model sparkles with our new programme for over 55s and friends which will include a selection of screenings of new and old films, an artist talk with Sligo-born artist Frank Conway and a tour of The Outsider – a major exhibition of the works by Jack B Yeats.

The Ruby Blue Social Club also invites you to The Model for a talk with Stella Mews from the Sligo Yeats Society on 19 May at 11am, where you will find out so much more about Norah Niland and the beginnings of the Niland Collection. Continue all these conversations over of a cup tea or coffee in The Model atrium – The Ruby Blue Social Club is a place to meet and to talk for like-minded people. For the Bealtaine festival in May, there will be a very special event, with Seán McSweeney and Dermot Healy talking about Jack B. Yeats work and what sparks the ‘creative process.’ Join in this conversation between friends on Sat. 07 May, at 1pm.
