Programme Information
IFI @ The Model is our weekly digital film programme, presented in collaboration with the Irish Film Institute. This partnership with the Irish Film Institute, the national cultural institution for film in Ireland, means our digital cinema is the main provider of first-run cultural cinema in the Northwest.
The Model Cinema is a one-screen digital cinema, with 244-seats and operates as a commercially-operated cultural cinema, presenting a diverse and individual programme of international, first run films including a variety of independent, foreign-language, arthouse and classic cinema.
Screenings every Wednesday and Thursday at 8.00pm and Sunday at 3.00pm. Audiences can avail of catering at Slice @The Model, which serves hot and cold beverages and snacks.
The Model’s cinema programme also includes Youth Film Projects and special screenings for seniors. Our programme will also feature an ambitious screening of cutting-edge short-films.
