€15 (€12) / Following the success of his last tour, Kind of Blues Session 2010, pianist John Leighton returns with his second installment of his Icons in Jazz series. This concept focuses on giving the listener some background about the artist’s life and work through narrated excerpts.

These are backed up by breathtaking performances from an internationally acclaimed band, which includes Irish drumming force David Lyttle and saxophonist Alex Matnias. The show is narrated by BBC’s Linley Hamilto who also features on vocals and trumpet.
