Bernard has been described as “a fizzing, iridescent ball of sheer energy; a fast-talking, fast-thinking comedian who invigorates a room with his presence”; “an unstoppable force of nature”. Since winning the Harp Newcomer Comedy Award in 2000, his stand up career has gone from strength to strength. His Edinburgh Fringe festival debut show “Do not adjust your mind, reality is at fault” received 5 star reviews and placed Bernard firmly as one of Ireland’s rising stand up stars.

A regular at Kilkenny’s Cat Laughs and on the national and international comedy circuit (as well as on our TV and radio); Bernard is looking forward to his first live show in Sligo since 2004.

With the one and only John Colleary as MC and Sligo’s new comedy group: new and Improv-ed in support; this looks set to be a fast paced, fast witted night of madcap comedy.
