Cairde at The Model: The Henry Girls & The Fox Hunt

€12 / Part of the Cairde Festival this is a new commission by Earagail Arts Festival featuring the sound-stylings of Donegal’s own The Henry Girls and West Virginia’s The Fox Hunt.

Playing a cross of the Americana, folk and traditional music steeped in bluegrass and old-time traditions, the two groups join forces to create a lively blend of styles. With each group performing a set from their own repertoire and finishing out the night with a set written and performed in collaboration, tonight’s performance showcases a dynamce and exciting trans-atlantic cultural exchange!

With The Fox Hunt’s modern spin on Appalachian old-time and bluegrass complimenting the Henry Girls traditional and very Donegal driven take on Americana perfectly we hope you’ll enjoy the show.
