Travel the world this Christmas and experience a seasonal menu of 12 fragrant dishes, bringing together flavours from Botswana, Bangladesh, Congo, Swaziland, Nigeria and Cameroon. The Sligo Global Kitchen banquet will be hosted down town at the Yeats Building on Lower O’Connell Street.

Sligo Global Kitchen is an initiative of The Model, in partnership with Sligo’s new communities and the Community Foundation for Ireland. This event is funded by the International Protection Integration Fund and Tesco Community Fund.
