The Model Seeks Applications for a Café in a Cultural Centre

The Model is a multi-disciplinary arts organisation that welcomes approximately 70,000+ visitors each year. Our building is an architectural flagship that houses a world-class art collection, internationally renowned artistic programming and initiatives. With extensive facilities including gallery spaces, a cinema / theatre, a year-round programme of exhibitions, education and music events and festivals, The Model is a social and creative hub in Ireland’s North West.

We are seeking expressions of interest from excellent café operators to provide a unique offering of food and drink of the highest quality. The café should be a unique commercial operation that specializes in creative, local, artisanal food and we especially welcome an innovative approach with an ethos that complements that of The Model.

The café is offered under a Licence Agreement.
Terms & Conditions are favourable and can be negotiated with the right operator.
Kitchen is fully fitted and operational. Front of house furniture is also provided.

Expressions of Interest are invited from suitable operators by 12 noon on Tuesday 22nd April 2024. They should be in PDF format and comprise of the following:

•  A small sample menu (with photos if possible)
•  Your vision for a café within The Model
•  A CV or organisational profile
