The Model is delighted to announce the launch of its new online shop and digital database of The Niland Collection. These new website pages further expand the site and create a more in-depth experience for both real and virtual visitors

The Model Shop now allows customers to purchase The Model’s fantastic range of art books and magazines, artists’ prints, children’s activity books, calendars and postcards and other quirky products all from the comfort of their own armchairs. Virtual visitors can also now browse a digital database of The Niland Collection, which includes colour reproductions of works alongside specially commissioned art historical texts and biographical information on artists. The addition of the database is a wonderful resources for art lovers and scholars.

Another new feature of the website details the menu, ethos and opening hours of the newly launched Model Café. The café brings you excellent food at great prices within the beautiful surroundings of The Model’s Atrium. The Model Café is open from Tues-Sat 10am-4.30pm and Sundays 12pm-4pm. It is also is now open prior to cinema screenings on Thursday evenings from 7.15pm, serving a range of treats and refreshments. What could be better than to enjoy a relaxing bite to eat or a coffee while discussing The Model’s exciting exhibitions, workshops, cinema screenings and music events?
