The Model is a multi-disciplinary arts organisation that welcomes approximately 100,000 visitors each year. Our building is an architectural flagship that houses a world-class art collection, internationally renowned artistic programming and initiatives. With extensive facilities including gallery spaces, a cinema / theatre, a year-round programme of exhibitions, education and music events and festivals, The Model is a social and creative hub in Ireland’s North West.

We are seeking expressions of interest from excellent café operators to provide a unique offering of food and drink of the highest quality; specifically high-end, organic or locally sourced produce, with well-considered vegetarian and vegan options. The café should be a unique commercial operation that specializes in creative local, artisanal food and we especially welcome an innovative approach with an ethos that complements that of The Model.

The café is offered under a Licence Agreement. Terms & Conditions are favourable and can be negotiated with the right operator.
