Touch The Sky perform ‘Waking Dreams’ – May 23rd, Ballina Arts Centre
Following Touch the Sky’s documentary film Crossing The Line, Touch The Sky bring to you Waking Dreams – a modern play inspired by the work of George Bernard Shaw, Martin McDonagh, Joseph O’Connor and Brian Friel. A quirky story of family and twisted relationships, ten actors unravel their dreams and life stories through comedy and performance. Touring venues are as follows:
Strule Arts Centre, Omagh on 14th May

Ballina Arts Centre on 23rd May
A final lunch-time performance will take place at The Model on May 29th at 1 pm., when Touch the Sky return from their regional tour.
Touch the Sky is the resident performance group at The Model since 2005. Other works by Touch The Sky include Sleepwalk, a performance based on The Eternal Now exhibition by Andy Warhol, Collage Party, a day-long contemporary art event in response to Paul Butler’s exhibition Reverse Pedagogy in The Model’s off-site space, and Crossing The Line, a documentary film on their experiences of working with the Belfast-based theatre company Limepie.
